Frequently Asked Questions

1. Tell me more about Zoodle?

We are a small, dynamic and passionate company that has been around 3 years and have sold over 10,000 smartwatch straps and Macbook cases to date. Our range of products are limited so that we can specialise in specific niche products and provide great and personal customer service. We love quirky and unique designs that make you stand out a little bit and do not intend to be a jack of all trades. We DO NOT drop ship from overseas, whatever we sell is physically in stock. 2. How Long does Shipping Take?

Shipping takes 1 - 4 working days and is sent with reliable couriers. you will be kept up to date on your order progress via email. You can find out more about our shipping policy here.

3. How much does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is Free within South Africa (and we do not use the post office, we send your package with reliable Couriers). We believe times are already tough and we don't want you to cough up even more for shipping.

4. How do I choose which Macbook Model - there are so many?

There are indeed many, which is why it is important to select the correct one as the case only fits on your Macbook model. We have a whole page guideline listing model numbers and how to find your correct model. Click here to find your model.

5. Can I return my Macbook case if it does not fit?

Not if it was opened. Please see question (3) to make sure you select the correct model. In certain circumstances you can return your case. See the returns policy here.

7. What sizes does your smart watch straps come in?

We only stock one size which is standard Large. This fits most wrist sizes from 14cm-21cm. We highly recommend that you check out our size guide here to ensure you are happy with the size of the strap that you order. 

8. Can I return my strap if it does not fit or is defective?

Yes, as long as it is in a resell-able condition (as new i.e. unused), unless of course its defective. Please advise us within 14 days. See the returns policy here.

9. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most standard Secure Payment Methods e.g. credit and debit card (via Pay-fast), Zapper and Snapscan. If you have a special request for EFT, please email us at sales@zoodle.co.za and we can certainly help you. You can find out more about our secure payment methods here

10. Are your products original Apple, Garmin and Fitbit products?

No. We acquire quality products that are great value for money, which is why you will find our prices very competitive compared to mainstream brands. We market our products under our own registered trademark of Zoodle Cases.
