Return Policy

At Zoodle, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience.
We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible.

Eligibility for Return:
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging (if the product model/size is incorrect).

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items that are not in their original condition.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available if the item is defective or damaged. A delivery fee will be applicable for the pickup and delivery of the new item.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email or Whatsapp. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there can be a delay before the refund is posted.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zoodle.co.za.

Sale Items

Refunds for Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Replacement of Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@zoodle.co.za for further instructions. A delivery fee will be applicable.

Gifts

Returns of Gift Items:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

Return Shipping Instructions:
To return your product, please email us at support@zoodle.co.za for shipping instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We can arrange return shipping for R95 in most cases. For remote areas, we will provide a quote and advise on the cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking and Insurance:
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Delivery Times:
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
